S's Cool Collections!
প্রত্যাবর্তন by আরিফ আজাদ My rating: 5 of 5 stars This book was like a small but bright spark of light, among all the darkness dwelling in all our hearts that began from all the ways we allowed the child in us to die, the child that sought the truth, courage, simple happiness, peace, and a good life in face of everything despairing and evil. All the stories portrayed here were personal journeys towards a better way to live for the storytellers, towards the same path of lost innocence our young selves once were on, by fitrah. And that's why reading this book was such a heart-warming experience. View all my reviews

A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas My rating: 4 of 5 stars The first few chapters kept me on edge and took me for an unforgettable, thrilling, psychological drama-filled ride. I loved every moment I was reading those pages. The final help.... I kind of guessed that twist pretty early on. Near the end though, some parts felt anti-climactic, unresolved, and not explored enough, like I was expecting more of their story to fit in right in one book. There were some very special, cherish-worthy moments though. I am in awe with the author's writing because of those moments. Overall, this was a book that made me immersed in or ponderous over for all day yesterday and today. I couldn't pick up another book or couldn't wait for all my chores to be done with so that I could get back to reading it. So I'm glad. View all my reviews
